Profit Split Agreement

4.1 Profit Sharing Structure

The Company shall receive a percentage of profits generated.

Profit split percentage is fixed and is agreed to by client prior to service commencement.

Our profit split is

• Client: 60%
• Company: 40%

4.2 Definition of Profit

Profit refers strictly to net realized gains. Floating profit is not considered profit.

4.3 Profit Withdrawal

Client withdraws profits directly from their broker. Client pays Company profit share within agreed timeframe.

4.4 Payment Obligation

Failure to pay Company share constitutes breach of contract. Company reserves right to terminate service.

4.5 No Profit, No Performance Fee

If no profit is generated:

• - Company receives no performance fee.
• - Operational fees remain applicable.
