The Company does not act as a broker, custodian, or financial institution.
The Company does not hold client funds.
All client funds remain with the Client’s broker or proprietary trading firm.
1.3 Eligibility

- - Have legal authority to enter this agreement
- - Provide accurate and truthful information
1.4 No Financial Advice
Our services do not constitute:
- - Investment advice
- - Financial advice
- - Portfolio management under regulatory licensing
All services are execution-based and performance-oriented.
1.5 Service Fees
The Client agrees to pay all applicable service fees.
These may include:
- - Operational Fees
- - Performance Fees
- - Profit Split Fees
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.6 Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:
- - Client violates these Terms
- - Client provides false information
- - Client interferes with service operations
- - Client engages in fraudulent conduct
1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- - Trading losses
- - Account failure
- - Loss of profits
- - Broker actions
- - Market volatility losses
All services are execution-based and performance-oriented.
1.8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by internationally recognized principles of commercial law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction, in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
